All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You may track your shipment directly through the courier’s tracking system.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may:

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with:
