About the foodWhat makes Wan More different from other cat food brands in Malaysia?
Most kibble is made by forcing a wet mixture through a die at temperatures above 180°C — a process called extrusion. It's fast and cheap, but it degrades the proteins and vitamins you started with. We slow-bake at 90°C. Lower heat. Whole ingredients. What goes in actually makes it to the bowl. 44% fresh chicken. 85% animal protein. Seven independent certifications. Nothing self-declared.

Yes. Our 90°C Slow Baked Cat Kibbles are formulated to AAFCO standards for all life stages — including kittens. The high protein content (≥42% crude protein) and low moisture supports healthy growth without the fillers and grains common in kitten-specific formulas.
About the foodWhat does "human-grade" actually mean?
It means the ingredients and facility meet the same standards required to produce food safe for humans. Our founders ate the kibble themselves before selling it. That's the bar. It's not a marketing phrase — it's a manufacturing standard, backed by BRCS, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, Halal, and AAFCO certifications.
Switching & feedingHow do I switch my cat from their current food to Wan More?
Abrupt food changes are the most common cause of digestive upset in cats. Switch gradually over 7–10 days:
Days 1–3: 75% old food, 25% Wan More
Days 4–6: 50% / 50%
Days 7–9: 25% old food, 75% Wan More
Day 10+: 100% Wan More
Some cats take longer. Picky eaters may need the transition stretched to 14 days.
Switching & feedingMy cat won't eat it. What should I try?
Try the trial pack first — 100g is enough for several meals without committing to a full bag. If your cat is hesitant, try warming the kibble slightly (it brings out the aroma), or mix it with a small amount of their favourite wet food during the transition. If they still won't eat after 14 days, contact us — we'll work something out.
Switching & feedingHow much should I feed my cat per day?
Feeding amounts depend on weight. General guide for our kibbles:
1–2 kg cat: 24–36g/day
2–3 kg cat: 36–47g/day
3–4 kg cat: 47–57g/day
Always adjust based on your cat's activity level and health condition. Fresh water should always be available.

SupplementsDo I need to give supplements if my cat already eats the kibble?
The 90°C Slow Baked Kibbles are a complete and balanced meal — no supplements required. Our soft chews and oils are targeted add-ons for specific needs: joint support, skin & coat health, gut health, or flea and tick prevention. Think of them the way you'd think about a multivitamin — not required, but useful if there's a specific concern.
SupplementsHow long before I see results from the supplements?
Most owners notice changes within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. Gut health (probiotics) tends to show results fastest — usually within 1–2 weeks. Joint mobility and coat changes take longer, typically 4–6 weeks. Results vary by cat.
